Men are special. They make us feel things, so many things. Love them or hate them, they’re a one-of-a-kind species that will never fail to add a dose of sparkle into our lives.

#1 Not changing their clothes

Yes, the thing that all men like to do – they will take a piece of clothing, smell it and proceed on to wear it. Even if that particular shirt has been worn over a dozen times. 

#2 Leaving the toilet seat up

Do they not realise that we women may fall into it in the middle of the night? Terrible!

#3 Texting “What’s up?”… and replying 3 hours later

#4 Playing games on their phones during meals

You guys head to a nice restaurant or hawker centre (sometimes you just want some really good Hokkien Mee or Prata), you sit down, the food arrives, and you pick up your utensils, all ready to tuck in. You look up at your partner and all that he’s focused on isn’t on the delicious bowl of Beef Kway Teow soup that you queued 20 minutes for, but on his game of Candy Crush instead. At times like that you wish strangling your husband was legal.

#5 Sending one-word texts

It’s been a long day at work. He asks you how your day was and you tell him all about it, from beginning to end. You ask him the same question and his reply? “Good”.
It’s dinner time and you walk past the hawker centre, you text him to ask what he would like to eat for dinner as you plan to buy some food to takeaway, his reply? “Anything”.
