1 can salmon (Tuna works too!)
1/2 cup chickpeas
1 tbsp of olive oil
1 tbsp of chopped tomatoes
1. Drain one small can of salmon or tuna
2.Toss with the chickpeas, olive oil, chopped tomatoes and a sprinkle of dried dill
3. Serve in bib lettuce leaves or in a wholemeal wrap
