The long awaited Siglap V is finally here. The four storey building has 108 apartments. Apartments range from 1 bedroom to 3 bedrooms. Tenure is freehold, and it’s located at D15.
There has been massive hype about it, as there’s gonna be a mrt at Siglap, and it has a Park Garden Terrace with they typical swimming pool and gym. While it does look pretty and the location seems great, we kinda feel it’s a little tiny. The 1 bedroom ranges from 366 – 495 SqFt, and the 2 bedroom ranges from 463 – 603.
Seems pretty small right? Won’t it be better to buy a marine parade 5 room hdb just down the road for so much cheaper, and much bigger space?

At $1600 psf, so many tiny units squeeze into a small piece of land. Not worth it.
