I was suppose to try insemination which cost about $ 12000 but someone recommend me to one guy to massage and check for any air lock at the vein, initial I don’t really believe but after massage I go back try and and after 2 month I found myself have baby, I went back to that massage guy and said thank you.

Cherie Hearts @ The Bay: Poor Service

I must express my greatest disappointment on the management for Cherie Hearts @ The Bay.
Months ago, I have shown my interest to send my then 18 months daughter to Cherie Hears @ Harbourfront. I have got in touch with a branch director and he invited me to view the premises. I am impressed by his presentation, and told my wife about this care giving centre. A month later, she visited the centre and very much confirmed to send my child to Harbourfront. I promptly wrote an email and told him that I have decided to enrol our daughter once we returned from our vacation.
After we returned from holidays, I tried to get in touch with the branch director, but he did not reply me couple of days. I later learned that he has already transferred to Head Office, he also text me that he will get the Branch Director for The Bay to take over my case. However, the branch director did not contact me.
Since my wife has to start her new job on the 15th July 2010, I was very concerned about the time that my 20 months daughter needs to adapt. As such, I called directly to The Bay and arranged my enrolment with their Assistant Branch Director. The lady was very polite and helpful, and we are looking forward the trial program on the 1st July 2010. The deposit and registration fee of S$1,030 is paid on the 30th June 2010.
Unfortunately, the trial turned out to be unpleasant. My wife sent the child to the day care centre and she realized that the care giver has only served the centre for merely 3 days. I was told by my wife that our child was left alone crying for more than 45 minutes. When I know about this, I was upset and looking forward an explanation from The Bay. Later in the afternoon, the Assistant Branch Director gave me a call and she did listen to my feedback. I understand the entire situation and willing to give a try with this new care giver. On the background of the phone, I overheard conversations from Branch Director. She wanted to talk to me, but I was then required to go for a meeting. I called back an hour later and was stunned with the words from her.
Apparently, the Branch Director did not want to accept my feedback and accused my wife for “intruding” to their management. She began to cite some examples using my company and also my job responsibility. I was somehow agitated and did not want to make any comment. For twice, I asked her to help me to find out whether our daughter can transfer to Harbourfront branch. The Branch Director continues to express her unhappiness despite my intention to stop this conversation. I was very upset and rushed home to find out more from my wife.
Well, my wife was very upset after I told her this incident and when she really needs to clarify with the Branch Director. She perceives this matter as a personal attack from her. They talked for hours but nothing is conclusive. We somehow lost our right as a consumer. The damage is huge, my logistics planning is all screwed. The Bay is just next to my office and now I have to consider somewhere inconvenience. Who’s going to compensate my losses???
Since nothing can be resolved, my wife needs to talk to somebody from Cherie Hearts management. We are referred to places like Taman Jurong & Cecil Street the next 2 days, but they can’t solve my problem on logistics. However, we decide to give a try at Cecil Street branch, and the turn out was very good.
After 3 days trial, I decide to send my child to Cecil street, but the management of Cherie Hearts is asking me to pay more as the fee between The Bay & Cecil Street differs. They ask me to fork out S$1,200 extra per year. I found this very deceiving! I demand for a letter of apology to explain to my wife’s employer but Cherie Hearts refuse to do so.
In the first place, if The Bay isn’t ready, they should not accept my child enrolment and creating such torments to my family. The branch director of The Bay could not handle such case with EQ and deliver poor customer services.
What’s your view? What should I do next?

recently i brought my princess (11yrs old) to try out this public speaking workshop as an enrichment to utiise her spare time, we found it realy useful as she is now confident to speak up and express her own opinion about things in the home and at school.
