		<description>Personally, I&#039;m planning for a baby this year. however due to the job nature constraint i would love to change my job. 

however, which company will employ you if they know you&#039;re in midst of family planning? 

employer&#039;s support plays a very important part. probably some scheme to encourage them to employ female in midst of family planning to avoid discremination. 

otherwise they wouldn&#039;t see any benefits for them but only hassle to employ contract staff to cover maternity and slow down work process.</description>
