Spacing in a Child’s Room

How would you advise me in terms of space for my child’s room? Should I provide him with more space or limit the space?

Of course I would not suggest that you limit the space for the child’s room. It is crucial for basic spaces to be dedicated in the room for sleeping, reading, playing and some extra space to roam and stretch. Dedicated children wings or space can be created in any open plan homes.

For example, a play corner may exist alongside the living room. Even the child’s reading corner could be placed in the parents study. You can get more creative when it comes to carving out different spaces for your child and ensuring there is a balance between togetherness and your child’s privacy. Ensure that the area dedicated is spacious enough to allow your child to enjoy his personal activities.

Do not clutter the room by placing too many articles of furniture. Simplicity sometimes works best for a child’s room.
