But undeniably, it is a beautiful journey. As someone once said, “A mother’s joy begins when new life is stirring inside… when a tiny heartbeat is heard for the very first time, and a playful kick reminds her that she is never alone.”

As you enter into the stage of pregnancy, people are going to come out and offer advice (wanted or unwanted) about what you can or can’t do, myths that will have you rolling your eyes and and they will throw their two cents worth in every possible direction about pregnancy.   • Hemorrhoids – Treat with topical applications and creams
  • Jumping – Do exercise, contrary to what people may say.
  • Swollen Feet – Also known as edema
  • Iron Supplements -When do you need it?
  • Preterm Labour – Women who give birth before the 37th week of pregnancy
  • Round Ligament Pain – Don’t suffer when you can treat it
  • Epidurals – Classic or low dose?
  • Enema – They may not be popular now but they once were.
